Champagne Marc Chauvet Brut Selection NV

The Champagne that caught our eye was the latest Marc Chauvet Champagne Brut Selection N.V. It is based on the 2012 vintage and It is an absolute ripper. It is relatively tight and compact with plenty of citrus and mineral. It has excellent depth of flavour and is precise, linear and very long. There’s pinpoint bead, a creamy mousse and exquisite balance. JH 2018
