The 2019 Domaine Thomas Morey Bourgogne Blanc is so good. Coming from two plots from within Chassagne-Montrachet, it has a fresh nose of lemon, white peach and citrus rind. It has generosity of flavour, but poise and containment too. There's a fresh line of minerally acidity and a touch of spice to the finish. It absolutely over-delivers! JH 2021
