The 2019 Bourgogne Aligoté Aux Boutières comes from vines planted in the 1920s located in Savigny-lès-Beaune, close to Pernand-Vergelesses. It is very well delineated on the nose with yellow plum, frangipane and light candle wax aromas that are very well defined. The palate is very well balanced with a zest opening, touches of orange rind and ginger leading to a vibrant and spicy finish that leaves the mouth tingling. Superb. 92 points. Neal Martin, Vinous
