2018 Ronco del Gnemiz Schioppettino

This has an intense heart of delicious black cherry fruit. With air the wine shows some sarsaparilla root and there are all sorts of interesting savoury traits. It is fleshy and voluminous and loaded with spice. The finish shows nice detail and chewy structure. JH 2021
