2018 Domaine Jean Fournier Le Chapitre

A vibrant and spicy nose of aniseed and sarsaparilla root, coupled with blue and black fruits. There's loads of flesh surrounding a minerally spine. It has nice savoury nuance and perfectly ripe tannins carrying the long finish. JH 2020
