Really expressive nose of rose petals, dark cherry, licorice and sweet earth. It is dense, rich and powerful but remarkably light on its feet. Flavours build through the palate and it is expansive, fanning out on the long finish. The balance allows you to enjoy now but should be sensational in a decade or two. JH 2019
