The smell transports us back to Nicolis when we were their during harvest. The drying of fruit, the vinous aromas and something very much of the earth. It is is a luscious and layered wine, with intense flavour. It has elements of perfume and beauty coupled with raw power. The wine's structure is buried for now but it is there. Lovely balance, poise and outstanding length. JH 2021
