Champagne Devaux’ Chef de Caves Michel Parisot was named Sparkling Winemaker of the year 2020 at the International Wine Challenge in London. A very fine nose of bread, preserved lemon, aniseed and mint. The palate is full and intense, with the finest of beads. It has excellent chalky detail and real volume and presence. The long finish is cut by loads of citrus and geological matter. JH 2020
