Pours out a beautiful deep colour with a refreshing green tinge. The nose has some white mushroom and toast development along with notes of honey, baked apple, tangerine and preserved apricots. It is luscious, sweet and full with a finish that is clean and vibrant. Outstanding with a piece of white mould cheese. JH 2017
