1974 Domaine Dubreuil Fontaine Corton Clos du Roi Grand Cru

A terrific drink for the vintage. Has a complex nose of sandalwood, wild herbs, decaying leaves, beef stock and something sweet and vinous. It is fresh in the mouth, with plenty of plant matter and crunchy berry fruit. It is relatively compact and finishes sinewy and long. JH 2019
